Because wood pulp is much cheaper than staple fibers commonly used in hydroentanglement, and fluff pulp has good hygroscopicity and handfeel, the products made are cheaper than those made of all fibers, and are very competitive in price, but require very high filtration system in technology.
( 2 ) composite technology of spunlace and long filament spun viscose fiber web. The product compounded by the method has both stronger market strength and better absorption performance of short fibers than spunbonded nonwovens, is even and softer than spunbonded nonwovens, has the function of absorbing water and oil, has higher strength, and can be used as food wrapping cloth, decorative cloth, cleaning cloth and the like.
